Potable Water Pipe System

Description of System
Pipe system for hot and cold potable and non-potable water, made of PP-RANDOM COPOLYMER (PP-R type 3). The material is tested both internally and by external test institutes. The material is hygienic, has a smooth internal surface and is resistant to impact down to a temperature of -5°C.

Operating Conditions
PN 10 = 20°C/10 bar
PN 16 = 20°C/16 bar or 60°C/10 bar
PN 20 = 20°C/20 bar or 70°C/10 bar

Special Components
KELIT-ALU - Composite pipe
KELEN LX - Pipes are pre-insulated at the factory with PE foam
KELEN CX - Pipes are pre-insulated at the factory with PU foam

Joining Method
The fittings are also made of PP-R and are joined to the pipes by polyfusion socket welding. Metal adaptor fittings are made of dezincification resistant brass (MS63). Joints can also be made using the electrofusion welding socket, or by flange or by union.

Pipe system for compressed air, chilled and air conditioning. The system is made of polyolefine blend called CRYOLEN POB. The material is submitted to internal and external testing, is hygienic, has a smooth internal surface and low heat conductivity. The material has a guaranteed long service life and is highly resistant to impact.

Operating Conditions
PN 10 = 20°C/10 bar from -30°C to +30°C/10 bar
PN 16 = 20°C/16 bar from -30°C to +40°C/10 bar
